DialVico Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes conduct that DialVico LLC (“DialVico”) prohibits in connection with use of its Services. By ordering or using the Services, you (the “Customer” or service recipient) agree to comply with this AUP and all applicable laws. This AUP is informational and is not a substitute for legal advice. Customer agrees not to use, and not to permit any end user or third party to use, the Services for any of the following:

DialVico determines violations of this AUP in its sole, reasonable discretion and may revise this AUP at any time, with changes effective upon posting to the DialVico website. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.

If you become aware of abuse or a violation of this AUP, please contact DialVico support at support@dialvico.com.

If Customer violates this AUP, DialVico may, consistent with the terms of the applicable Agreement, suspend or terminate Services, close the account, or block delivery of communications to enforce these terms. DialVico reserves the right to review relevant account or communications data when investigating a suspected violation, but does not undertake to monitor all Service traffic and makes no representation that it does so.
